Terms of Service

Please read these terms before playing.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live. By using Infin8 Bet you confirm that both are true. We may suspend or close any account that does not meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Telegram account. One account per person — duplicate accounts may be closed and their balances voided. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure; activity through your session is treated as yours.

3. Deposits

Deposits are made through the supported mobile-money providers shown in the app and confirmed against the payment message you submit. Submitting a payment reference that is not yours, or reusing a reference, will be treated as fraud.

4. Withdrawals

• Only winnings are withdrawable. Deposit and bonus balances are not.
• A withdrawal requires at least one approved deposit on the account.
• Minimum amounts are shown in the app and may change.
• Payouts are made to the account details you provide. We are not responsible for funds sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• Requests may be reviewed before payment; this can add a delay.

5. Bonuses and promotions

Bonus funds, coupons, cashback, and tournament prizes are granted at our discretion and may carry conditions stated where they are offered. We may withdraw a promotion or reverse a credit obtained through abuse or error.

6. Games

Games are supplied by third-party providers. Results are determined by the provider's systems, not by us. If a round fails or is voided by the provider, the corresponding stake or payout is reversed.

7. Fair use

Exploiting a bug, manipulating bonuses, using automated play, or colluding with other players may result in closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

8. Restriction and closure

We may restrict deposits and withdrawals on an account where we suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms, or where required for a compliance check. You may request closure or self-exclusion at any time — see Responsible Gaming.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
